Yes, it's still racist and there could be a lot of factors as to why that boy's mom allowed him to be in the ad but it doesn't detract from the racist nature of the ad.

Well, and here is the point...if a black parent doesn’t care about the “racist factor” to the ad...is it still racist? What if they didn’t think it was racist? What then? Not everyone thinks that’s a racist ad. Rainerann certainly proved that even white kids end up in monkey clothing....

Capitalism and a free market system that gives the consumer control over the market. I do believe in a free market because the consumer should have the freedom to create business and support business when they choose to without force or coercion.
Therefore, understanding "freedom" should explain how I can choose to boycott a company and still support capatalism and people have the freedom to create business that is not controlled by a central entity or governement system like it would be in a communist society. It is really very simple understanding of economics.
