Hm they did not specify when the letter was given to her. It seems they had tried to make efforts to help him. We don't know the details, perhaps they could've reached out to him but it didn't work. Maybe he had lied to them about his whereabouts when he rented the apartment.Yeah here is the source: https://www.allkpop.com/article/2017/12/dear-clouds-nine9-reveals-jonghyuns-parting-letter-as-requested-by-jonghyun-himself
"According to the singer, Jonghyun requested that she upload the letter for the world. She revealed that he had talked to her about deep, dark thoughts, and she had alerted his family and tried to hold on to him. She expressed that she did not know if it was the right thing to do, but revealed that Jonghyun asked her to reveal the letter if he was gone from the world"
now my question is: if he wanted to leave a letter for his fans wouldnt it be easier to just leave the letter in the room where he died? its obvious the poilce would investigate the place and find the letter then the family can decide if they want to reveal it to the public or not
But according to the official story Jonghyun gave this letter to Nine days before his suicide, seems like he was expecting someone to save him or at least have a reaction (of course if the offical story is true)
On another note, does anyone think that kpop idols have undergone MK ULTRA? I know there are many symbols in their MVs and all that to show the existence but it's hard to tell if they have actually undergone the process themselves, since they don't seem to show symptoms like Hollywood celebs does.
