Proof 1: His Name & Characteristics

1- His name:

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is mentioned by name in ten locations in the Christian Gospel.

Prophet Muhammad (blessings and peace be upon him) is mentioned by name in ten locations in the Gospel of Barnabas, in

Chapters 39, 41, 44, 54, 55, 97, 112, 136, 165, and 220.

Consider the following explicit quote:

“The disciples answered: O Master, who shall that man be of whom you speak, who shall come into the world?

Jesus answered with joy of heart: He is Muhammad; Messenger of God, and when he comes into the world, even as the rain makes the earth to bear fruit when for a long time it has not rained, even so shall he be occasion of good works among men, through the abundant mercy which he shall bring.

For he is a white cloud full of the mercy of God, which mercy God shall sprinkle upon the faithful like rain.”

There are no prophecies of Muhammed in the Bible. If he had been even hinted at he would not mentioned in a positive light at all. He would be a false prophet because what he taught contradicted the teachings of the Bible.

The Bible is clear that, "If they do not speak according to this word (the Bible), it is because there is no light in them" (Isaiah 8:20).

"If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him" (2 John 1:10).

The gospel of Barnabas is not part of biblical canon. It is not an inspired book of God as it also contradicts the Bible.

For your information, the author of that article, Trey Soto, is said to be a social media managing wizard.

If he was truly qualified, I doubt the term "wizard" would have been used to describe him.

You shall not tolerate a sorceress. Leviticus 19:26

I'm afraid what you believe, say, and think does not affect the truth in any way whatsoever.

It is a fact that the Trinitarian church has done its utmost to obliterate all existing copies of the Gospel of Barnabas and to either hide it from the masses or to label it a forgery.

I don't know anything about Trey Soto but he is not wrong about the book of Barnabas. He is not the only one who said that about the book of Barnabas. The book of Barnabas is an apocryphal book that has been rejected by all Christianity because it contradicts the Bible.

Anything that contradicts the Bible is not inspired by God.

The truth is that Muhammed is not mentioned in the Bible at all. The book you quote is not part of biblical cannon (66 books) and therefore is not God's Word. That is the truth whether you accept it or not!

That book is heresy according to God's Word. It has so many falsities in it. But because it says things you agree with, you think it should be part of biblical canon? That is not how it works and you know it!

Christianity and Islam have absolutely nothing in common and that's that!

You mean that you don't know anything about him, right?

So why reference the guy?
Because he tells the truth about the book of Barnabas. It is true that the book of Barnabas is heresy that even in most Christian denominations that have differences in doctrine reject that book.

Why are you always trying to find a common ground between Islam and Christianity when clearly there isn't any?

Maybe because there are lots of similarities?

At least between true Christianity and Islam where true Christianity means just another version of Monotheism...

The characteristics of Prophet Muhammad

In Deuteronomy 18, Moses (peace be upon him) stated that God told him:

“I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account.”

(Deuteronomy 18:18-19)

From these verses, we can conclude that the prophet mentioned in this prophecy must have the following three characteristics:

Firstly, he will be like Moses (peace be upon him).

Secondly, he will descend from the brothers of the Israelites, the Ishmaelites.

Thirdly, God will put His words into the mouth of this prophet, and he will declare what God commands him.

What seem like similarities really aren't.

For example Abraham. Abraham's story is very different in the Quran. Ishmael not Isaac is the rightful heir to Abraham in the Quran. This is true of what Islam has to say about the other prophets and patriarchs they share with Christianity. The stories change.

Christians are monotheistic but we believe in three Persons in the Godhead. "One God” is revealed in the three distinct Persons of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one” (1 John 5:7).

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost” (Matthew 28:19).

“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all” (2 Corinthians 13:14).

And the message of Islam is also different to that of the God of the Bible.

So no similarities at all.

First Characteristic: A prophet like Moses (peace be upon him)

There were hardly any two prophets who were as similar as Prophets Moses (peace be upon him) and Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Both were given a comprehensive law and code of life.

Both encountered their enemies and were victorious in miraculous ways.

Both were accepted as prophets and statesmen.

Both migrated, following conspiracies to assassinate them.

Analogies between Moses (peace be upon him) and Muhammad overlook not only the above similarities, but other crucial ones as well.

These include the natural birth, the family life, and even death; both Moses and Muhammad died the natural death.

Not in your perception maybe.

I do not agree with the trinity simply because The Almighty is

NOT my own father,
NOT me,
NOT my own spirit/ghost.
