They put a lot of crap in most gum such as aspartame. If you buy organic American Spirit tobacco and roll your own cigarettes smoking actually has health benefits. Important to buy good quality papers and roller too. Tobacco is an Herb.

I see people wasting ten dollars a day on cigarettes that are filled with poison. One pouch of American Spirit tobacco lasts me about two weeks.

I've never smoked or drank, and my brother in law (who did) once said to me "Huh, you're not a man if you don't smoke and drink".
He died of cancer some years ago but i'm still around..

PS- I suppose people use tobacco and booze to help them get through the "stresses and strains" of everyday life instead of ditching the stuff and facing up to the punches life throws at us..

natural tobacco is FAR less dangerous than any factory garbage. in NYC, i heard a pack goes for over 20 dollars.
i dont know why people simply do not buy a big pouch of organic pipe tobacco, cut it up finely and then roll their own. depending on your habit, you would save hundreds or thousands per year.

a few years ago when the benefits of nicotine to vax injured, started going around, decided to order nicotine plant seeds, but could never really have the time to go and cultivate them. then read the dried process to curate them & clean them for consumption (smoking) it’s also an extensive process of hard work.

instead found a good supplier for the dry leaf, noticed they have lots of options with the quality marked , most are “poor” quality, you know why would anyone order “poor quality” and still the store have demand for that? because the industry purchase those… the cheap brand cigarettes use poor quality nicotine… they are bad, they fell on dirty floor, they use chemicals. etc


anyone want so share a good brand? beside American Spirit

One of the problems with the mass produced garbage is the nicotine content is low so you constantly want more if you get a full bodied potent blend with higher nicotine concentration so you’ll smoke less

look I won’t say smoking anything is good but if you can get organic free of pesticides and not chain smoke, it’s a lot safer

I love tobacco, its taste, its smell and I appreciate a high quality grow the same way I appreciate a fine whiskey

Also they are sprayed with insecticides. even the American Spirits

Hashish aside, and to the point from @L3M4 ... the punishing fines taxes on tobacco make it clear, the elitists do not approve its consumption.

Meanwhile, they are practically giving the booze away (free delivery!) + pharmaceuticals... I won't go there.

I tried the natural stuff maybe 7 or 8 years ago, had them properly rolled -> and supposedly, they were comparable to what I already liked. But after a day or so, I felt like I couldn't breathe. I threw it all out (except for the fancy case ♡... I still use it). Idk what you boys have found, but perhaps it's time to take another look at alternatives.

I want one of these too.

im free a few years now, i never get cravings now. try lavender tea
initially caffeine soda or coffee or such could trigger that cigarettes cravings even a confrontation or bad situation causing anxiety and result in cravings
but it goes away, last for minutes not hours, don’t think about it, focus on something else, read or watch tv, before u know it cravings is gone
