That bird is a stupid pee-wee. He is leaving dirty marks all over one window.

Despite decades of use caffeine still keeps me awake. :)
I have to cut down now the days are getting longer and the birds are waking up earlier.

Still not found new place to live, the last 3 places that were any good we never got. I was kinda gutted but my daughter has been almost distraught and freaking out so I emailed our current letting agency to see if the landlord could give us a bit more time cause we are finding it hard, lots of private landlords wont accept people on benefits even though we are on disability benefits and theres actually less risk of us not being able to pay our rent, we have a guarantor and great references but cause of being on benefits you are discriminted against and you dont even get considered, it really should be made illegal its not right or fair. So yeah had emalied letting agency to get them to ask landloard about staying a bit longer and also to make sure our rents fully up to date, we get housing benefit but our rents about £80 higher than the total housing benefit we get so we pay the extra ourselves.

So we are £423 in credit lol they spoke to landlord who said that would be fine as long as we are actively looking for something but just that its harder to find somewhere suitable so that alleviates some of the pressure, my daughters definitely a lot calmer after that AND they said they have a property coming soon and asked if we might be interested!!! A bungalow, a house with a garden, big kitchen, no stairs and theres even a shed in the garden so the last tenants just moved out and it was let to them for 5 years and if we got it the letting agency could transfer our deposit over cause its with our current letting agency so we are really hoping that we can get to view it before they put it up cause this would be actually even better than where we are, we took this place cause it was so nice although the stairs werent ideal we have managed but lately its definitely getting harder, so weird, my daughter said maybe we werent meant to get the other places and now this has come up ,there arent many bungalows in Glasgow its mostly houses with stairs, flats etc there are obvuously some but not too many, a lot of places like that are specially adapted homes for people with disabilities cause of being wheelchair users so its even rarer that you would get one to rent in a good area, near hospital, no stairs but its got a good big kitchen and garden and no stairs, be even more amazing if it had a bath instead of a shower ,or a bath with a shower over it. And to top it off its at the housing benefit limit so we wouldnt even need to pay the extra every month, its usually £108 because the rents paid 4 weekly so its not even a full months rent being paid each month, after a few months it levels out so thats how we have ended up in credit.

So we are really hoping that we could get this and its nice, it looks good from the outside but theres no inside pics but I was looking on google street view, it almost seems too good to be true lol but yeah maybe this is meant for us!! Its weird cause Ive had experinces before where things have gone wrong or been delayed or if Ive tried to go somewhere and things happen that prevent it and its weird its like some kind of invisible force lol

Last year before we came to see this house we are in we had went to view a cpl others none of which were great at all and then the last one we went to view we never even got in to see it and then this house had been on for a while and we had seen it but hadnt thought of it as being a possibility then we just decided to come view it and there was another potential family there too and we ended up getting it and it was back in my home town that I left about 16 years ago and swore Id never go back but then we got this house and it was a case of never say never, who knows maybe we were meant to move here for a year and then this was meant to happen to get this bungalow cause really it seems like a blessing in disguise. Really hoping we hear back soon theres so much going good for us to get it, the landlord is even ok with pets too!! Which is another thing that stops you getting properties and theres no way in hell I could give my cats up, they are my babies Id feel horrible doing that it would be devastating, they are so affectionate and theres just no way that would ever happen so I hpoe we get this so much. I just hope its good on the inside too and that if it is that we get it!! Trying the old law of attraction thing kinda done that last year for this house and we got it lol so I made a bungalow on the sims 3 and have been visualising us living there, thats the thing about cosmic ordering you are supposed to visualise what you want as if its already happening, not just thinking i wish I could move to that house kinda thing more like imagining yourself living theree and what that would be like, maybe its just coincidence but fuck it Ill try anything really could be amazing!! Gonna chase them up on Friday see if they got the keys back ,wanna see it, its gonna be ours lol :)

me too, this bungalow would be perfect tbh trying not to get my hopes up but its really so perfect exactly what we would need, found an old listing with inside pictures and it looks amazing!
