Was reading Byrne boi's book, How Music Works on the weekend. TH lived right near Blondie and The Ramones.
Also remember I mentioned Allen Ginsberg who was a proud NAMBLA member and P3D0phile?
Yeah... Apparently he was an inspiration for TH with a 'funky mystique'...

Between that and the Epstein phone book number with his name listed and also the lyrics he wrote for the song 'Stay Up Late',
I'm afraid there's a chance he could be a P3D0phile... :(

Johnny Marr explained Blondie's connection to Ginsberg and Burrough in this video around 4:10. Golly what a deep rabbithole!

Oh look here he is quoting Allen ped0 messiah of the artsy fartsy left Ginsberg. Looks like it's for some protest thing in Argentina(?)

"What made me write it? At that point I was just grabbing onto things that popped up in my head and taking characters and singing from their point of view…Often things I wrote were motivated by nothing but the newspaper. I’d read an article and be thinking about something and write a song from that perspective. So it didn’t necessarily reflect me…but it was just fun and I knew it was irreverent. I was out to offend everybody when I started out. Any subject matter I could find that would be offensive I was embracing, so that was just one.."

Guys I just had a thought about Psycho Killer.
Was he projecting about human sacrifice he just did in order to get successful?
It's a very strange topic for a song, let alone as someone's first written and (still to this day) most successful song.
The explanation of 'just wanting to write something edgy in the vein of Alice Cooper and Randy Newman' never quite added up to me.
I also read that there was some lady at the RISD art school the Heads met at who used to say 'Psycho Killer' as a phrase and then she ended up being killed by one.

Alice Cooper was THE MAN back in the 1970s! I wore out that record ... was it Billion Dollar Babies?
I forget the name of the album. My favorite song was "No More Mister Nice Guy"
and of course Billion Dollar Babies.
Good times.

Also, that song was from the 'Little Creatures' album which curiously had a Baptist minister, Howard Finster commissioned to paint the album art for... Some of the inscriptions are very... interesting.

What is their purpose in recruiting a Christian minister to make their album art if they are anti-Christian?
Well, this one is easy to answer : this Howard Finster guy is simply not a Christian.
