Islam is a fine religion like any other religion. The issue is what people do with it. I think Frank Ocean wanted to convey that, but the double meanings and other tidbits in there make it very difficult to understand if he's being an Islamiphobe or trying to prove a point about how people use religion to hate on LGBT.

RM should pay closer attention to what he is sharing, and be more selective as well. Or don't, and make himself look as bad as he is.

True. I wonder why he seems to be lacking some "foresight" and understanding of the "theory of mind..." The ability to "anticipate" what people might feel and think...

This is not the first time that he's getting negative reactions because of his apparent "insensitivity" and "recklessness..." He must think and act carefully...being a very public figure...

I think he is devoid of empathy. I've long suspected that due to his obvious arrogance, lack of empathy, superficial charm, and severely impaired foresight that he's either got NPD or ASPD. I lean more toward anti-social (ASPD), due to his empty personality and overall unsettling demeanor. Dude ain't normal.

Like, I have seen him (on camera) around animals and he appears to be fine, but not every person who is anti-social is cruel to animals. Some people with ASPD are even "nice" to animals just because it will make them look good in the eyes of others.

Very convenient for him to share this when its an ongoing issue. This is coming from not someone who is in a boyband. This hypocrite loser is a UNICEF ambassador.

He is a fraud.

East Asians are extremely sensitive to Muslim immigration. The kidnapping and execution of several Japanese people and the terrorism by a few, makes them push back on immigration from Muslim countries. What I've seen is they don't want the situation the West has, with a large and fast growing population from a different culture that actively hates them. No one should be on eggshells in their own home, but that's the reality in Western countries.

The two cultures are not compatible and I don't see East Asians bending to accommodate another culture. They won't do it for other East Asians, or even Southeast Asians. I think it's good that Muslim fans see how the people they spend time and money on really feel about them. I wouldn't spend another cent.

People love to yell "islamophobe" for everything, but the fact of the matter is that some parts of islam are problematic - where it calls them to "kill gays", men to beat their wives and do "jihad". Calling out such unacceptable things is not being islamophobic but calling out serious problems - religion has these problems too, just how people are calling out the perverse stuff the elite are doing.

Lol this is so hypocritical of them, specifically wrt to BTS they won't shy away from capitalising and earning from their Muslim fans. Why jungkook performed at Qatar? Why? he shouldn't have if they don't like Muslims. The major controversy was ban of pride flags and BH still sent him there, aren't they allies of lgbt?? But no, they won't lose a single chance of earning money or fame. They are nobody's allies. Its high time Muslim countries must bycott these losers.
On the other hand, the narrative of Muslim being the extremist, I think one must look deeply into their own shit as how their own people conspires against themselves(insert 9/11) ,and mass eradicate Muslims into their countries(Iraq, Afghanistan etc),also in other countries (insert newzealand mosque shooting) but no western ppl are tolerant pfft. SK is crying crocodile tears as their population growth is dropping, every other video discusses this and they talk about inviting foreigners but they be picky about it.
At least SEA and south asian Muslim fans must bycott them , SK people are highly racist against them. I've seen twitter army who were spewing their own venom against Muslims in disguise. Some people here are like this too.I'm disappointed in young Muslim fans who are still defending and blinded by these guys, its a shame.

It's nice to read your perspective on this. The hypocrisy really sent me over the edge when JK was at Qatar. It's like, they take advantage of the LGBT+ community but will also sh*t on them whenever it's convenient. The level of apathy is deplorable.

Their queerbaiting is really hilarious, because it doesn't bait actual queers. Instead it mostly hooks in straight women who are looking for that fanservice and fantasy fulfillment. It also hooks in straight women who pretend to be bisexual because they think it makes them just queer enough without being legitimately queer. From my perspective it's also really annoying because fake bisexuals make real bisexuals like me look bad. And don't even get me started on their newest argument that if they don't date or have a relationship with the same sex they are still bisexual. No, you're not. Your sexual orientation isn't limited to attraction or the ability to understand someone can be hot without being interested in them, it's also a way of living. You have to actually practice the thing you preach.

Americans have always been trash at directing intolerance at the correct place. Extremism deserves intolerance, but your fellow American who had 0% do to with 9/11 absolutely does not. It's why I can't stand living in this country sometimes and often think about moving out.

Armpits say the most racist and vile things to people when they point out how wrong BT5 are, and how racist South Koreans are toward many groups of people.

I'm really careful who I believe on twitter. Mainly because anyone can say they are something, and there's nothing to prove either way how real their claim is. Like when supposedly Muslim fans flipped out on CL for a sample in a 2NE1 song, claiming that it was a recording of a child singing from the Quran, but it actually wasn't, and was just CL's own voice and she wasn't saying anything. It was simply a melody, no words. Seriously, people on twitter were screaming that they "spoke Arabic" and could "hear what was being said", but when asked what specifically, they refused to write it down and said we should trust their word. Yeah, uh, no.

I wouldn't take it too personally. East Asians hate everyone equally, even other East Asians. They hate blacks, but steal their music, style and culture, sending it back to them and accuse them of xenophobia if they complain. Religion is mocked, and culturally significant items are used as an aesthetic.

Every culture is seen as a commodity, and they get excused for obvious racism, because 'they didn't know any better'. The best internet in the world is in Korea and Japan. They know but don't care to do anything differently.

I saw an English textbook with a conversation between two Black men, one recently released from prison. They used the n word and it was full of stereotypes. If we did the same, we would be forced to apologize. Foreign workers are treated like trash.

Southeast Asians are used as piggy banks and used for streaming, as if they would have a tenth of the same success without them. They carry kpop on their backs and are treated as less than and discriminated against. Thai, Filipino, Indian, Indonesian and other Southeast Asian fans are why kpop is popular, and how they sell out 20-30,000 seat arenas.

I also agree that the West has a lot to answer for. Our governments have exploited and colonized the Mena region and now it's come back to bite us in the butt. A lot of us thought the Arab Spring would improve things but it led to a never ending flow of refugees and misery beyond almost anything seen before.

European countries will soon expell their Muslim citizens because they've had enough of the violence and attacks. I don't think there's a solution that will make anyone happy. As my own country knows, if a region is experiencing poverty and turmoil, people will migrate where there's hope.

Hello everyone,
I've just registered to the forum. I'm no fan of BTS. Recently I've been listening to their solo stuff, which is not too bad, but I've alway suspected they are very fake. I quite liked jhope and jin but after reading about their endorsement of vaccines I began to resent and dislike them a lot. Now I'm curious about the theories on their affiliation to secret societies.
I was wondering what you guys think about the Jin accident at his military camp. The nurse who went there to do the injection was cleared of all charges. It looks like they want to cover up everything.
I've been wondering about this weird accident. I think something is very fishy. What if their agency are trying to harm him for some reason? After all, it seems like that poor guy of Shinee was murdered.
Any thought about it?

Indeed, there are a lot of suspicions surrounding BTS as a boy band...since the very beginning of their formation as a group...but we need to start with their agency owner...Bang of BigHit Entertainment which has become a conglomerate called H*be...

Their "story" is published in the internet...but you've got to consider if it's true or not...

It's a long story...and you'll learn a lot if you read up on this BTS thread...

You must've heard that the UN has "utilized" BTS to promote and endorse the Covid-19 vaccination...unfortunately ALL of them got covid anyways, despite getting vaccinated...

Yes, there are globalists (belonging to secret societies) who are supporting/using BTS...

About Jin's alleged "unauthorized" vaccination by a female military nurse back in January of this year, I believe it's a cover up for something very controversial that happened between a company the BTS has been endorsing...whose owner is a relative of their H*be boss...The "scandal" happened when the fandom Army who stan Jin, complained about not including Jin in some of their promotional videos back in May, 2023 (despite the fact that they were pre-recorded and were not in conflict with Jin being in the military)...the complaints were all over social media and had resulted into a serious backlash that plummeted the company's stocks to a very low level...a lost the company got...the lowest in five-years...When this was happening...suddenly, a controversy involving a female nurse who injected Jin "without authorization" occurred...effectively deflecting the controversy/scandal involving that company...

Just to point out that while they did get covid, they were asymptomatic or had very little symptoms as a result of having received the vaccine. The vaccine does not necessarily prevent covid, but absolutely makes the symptoms much less severe.

Please don't spread dangerous anti-vaxx propaganda. Vaccines save lives and make symptoms much less severe.

How did you know that they were "asymptomatic" or had "very little symptoms?"

Jin even admitted in one of their vlives that he had "delirium-like" nightmares that he felt like he was being pulled into hades...(must be a result of high-grade fevers)...

as I said it's impossible to know what's been going on in their 10 years of career, but it's unlikely they are innocent.
Their vaccine endorsement was public and we can at least comment on it. It's clear that ther endorsement was ethically wrong.
They are singers and entertainers, it was not appropriate for them to talk about diseases and vaccines. They were not qualified for it. They didn't even know what went into the vaccine, simply because it's classified information. You simply can't endorse a substance that you know nothing about. Even if they tell you it's safe.
I bet so many young people listened to their speech and decided to get the jab. This goes far beyond being a fan of a boyband and fan of pop music. Very, very far. Their health has absolutely nothing to do with 7 guys who sing. We are talking about bodies of young people here.
I searched for comments on this issue back then but didn't find much. Fans were praising them as world saviours. And of course no one is talking about it now, but it's something extremely serious. Being obsessed and fanatic is one thing, taking jabs of something unknown is an other.
The members can't be excused for what they have done. Just for this, this group should immediately cease to exist.
