What about Babym0nst3r? They will still have to debut sometime this year or next
Not familiar with them yet...Are they live humans or digital/virtual/AI? I think one of the reasons H*be is going into "digital artists" is also because of this "new law..."

They're live humans, they're underage
Oh...well let's see what happens...if the law is enacted prior to their supposed debut, and they are still minors...then they can't proceed or else they will face the legal consequence... They will have to wait until their legal age...

You're right but it would be nice if they did. The Johnny's story reminds me of btees. The man who created the group and company was a p***phile. Many boys came forward as young as 11, but he was never charged. Until 2017, men and boys weren't able to be raped under the law. He abused his baseball team, trainees, idols and his country gave him a hero's mourning when he passed.

A video about it gave me insight into why we will never see a major company with abuse allegations. It's seen as burdening others if you tell others that something bad happened to you. I've seen Korean idols say that, and didn't understand. The company and the employees could be hurt by a loss of income if they tell someone.

The most important one is that some of the boys came to love him, and wanted his attention. The age of consent in Japan is 13. It was 12. Coercing and pressure that leads to sex with minors is legal there. Parents would say to their kids, give him your body. The boys on his baseball team joked about him being their first time. One idol dedicated a very romantic song to his memory named Johnny.

We think of Hive in terms of the idols being abused. There's dozens of trainees that will never come forward because it would kill any chances of a career in or outside of kpop. Boys that came forward in Japan were ostracized. He barely paid them anything and his top idol pocketed maybe 17,000 a month at their peak. Their retirement was 70,000 in one payment.

Society hates people that rock the boat. Telling isn't polite and makes other uncomfortable. The YouTuber is Korean and said a lot of this applied to Korean culture too. I'm very disturbed by this video but it's given me a lot of insight into their culture. Mistreated idols risk everything and there's usually no one willing to listen.

The last thing I wanted to say is Johnny would force companies that wanted to work with his idols to give promotions to rookie groups. News outlets wouldn't report the news about his victims because it meant a potential lawsuit, or or they would be harassed. This sounds almost like Hive and Sm.

Only a few of them were able to keep going in the industry. JT didn't expose anything about touching so he was successful.

On the bright side, it's the kind of tattoo that just looks like pretty flowers and isn't immediately associated with BT5 unless they tell someone it is. And at least it's done really well.
I also liked it but the thing is the meaning it holds according to that person. I heard tattoo will get attached to soul and it never leaves that's why u should be careful. Parents names i can accept but unknown person tattoo and they don't even know u.

It is fictional story 7 boys fate tied together.
It's is said to have top3 highest production drama in kdrama history.
Let's see if character have gf or they will continue this fanship even in the drama. Army are waiting how they will show ships

I'm not the supernatural type but I get what you're saying. It's there forever. It's about as foolish as when people get someone their dating or even someone they're married to tattooed on them. I'm cool with people tattooing their kids' names or faces on them, or tattoos of/about certain family members, though. But man is it weird when it's a celebrity. I guess people don't think much of it because it's a famous person, but it'd be no different than a stalker getting their victim tattooed on them.

They already did this in fanfic/webcomic form with the 7 Fates Chakho thing... and here they are doing it again, the exact same thing, but with live action. Fanfic writers come up with better ideas than this, lolol. 7FC had hardcore jikook in it, they just changed the names, so I'm sure there will be hardcore fanship in this live action thing too. Since they've been pushing taekook and yoonmin a lot lately, it'll probably be one or both of those ships.

It's the "parasocial relationship" that makes these people "feel more intimate" with celebrities...even more than they feel with their own real-life friends and blood relatives...plus all the "delusions" that "control" them, thereby ascribing allegiance, loyalty, dedication, and "overwhelming" support to these actual, complete strangers...thus, having them tattooed on their bodies comes very easily... because they've already been "tattooed on their minds" in the first place...

Also, it's something that they "brag" amongst themselves...in the fandom...that those fans who have the tattoos of their stans on their bodies project a higher level of "fanaticism" (read: obsession)...which is considered "admirable" in the world of the fanatics...again, a more twisted case of delusional thinking...

The need to brag and prove how less of a fan other people are is what I've never understood. I don't even understand the parasocial thing. You have no idea how glad I am that the celebrities I'm a fan of have no clue that I exist, and I have zero interest in them ever knowing I exist. The small number of friends I have know who I am and that's good enough. The constant need for "more, more, more" isn't even consumerism anymore, it's just as you say, obsession and delusional. Definitely in the realm of psychotic behavior. I wouldn't be surprised if psychologists in a few years come up with a fancy new "disorder" for this behavior that young people will use to self-diagnose themselves with.

The truth won't come out until most of their fans are old or don't care anymore. Then almost no one will care. The Johnny's didn't come out with their stories until years later.
