Sometimes I wonder if them getting plastic surgery is just part of the Milgram experiment, a test to see if they will obey their masters above them. It's indoctrinated into them at a young age to look pretty. It's also ironic because plastic surgery makes most people look worse than they were beforehand, yet many are deceived thanks to liars who will tell them they look good which will only consume them with more vanity!
