Unlike Roman Catholics like to tell us, the RC teaches a great deal that is UNbiblical.
No mention of purgatory in 66 books of bible.
Excessive honour to Mary and saints.
Works righteousness.
Multiple extra biblical teachings and traditions.
No knowledge of the Gospel.

That is the tip of the iceberg.
P.S. I am an ex Catholic brought up old school, with nuns for teachers and all.

The true faith? really...(the true faith is JESUS not a pope or statues or veneration to dead people) so you have leader that is false claiming to be able to be the mediator on earth between GOD and man when thats what CHRIST is period end of it right there. Idols everywhere go to any RC church do you have grottos with statues to this saint or tha saint where people pray invoking and this is the third part of it in essence communing with the dead.

I gave you specific examples in the list.
The Roman Catholic Church relies on extra biblical teachings e.g Apocrypha to insert doctrines like the purgatory.
The original 66 books were completed by the end of the 1st century AD.
There is nothing to support purgatory in the 66 books of the bible. https://www.biblestudytools.com/bible-study/topical-studies/what-is-purgatory-is-it-in-the-bible.html

There is no celibate priesthood in the Bible.

The levitical priesthood (which doesn't apply to Christians, but ive seen catholic apologists try to mental gymnastic that the catholic priesthood is based on that) was passed on to the next generation which required the priests to have wives and children.

In the new testament it clearly states that bishops and deacons are to be men married to one wife.

I posted this to the Mary thread but perhaps it's better suited here
Ok, since youre going to do apologetics explain these things to us.

Why was it that the title "Mother of God" (Theotokos) instead of "Mother of Christ" (Christotokos) was decided in the council of Ephesus, a city well known for it's worship of Diana (according to the Bible, and secular history). A council where many of the bishops were not permitted to participate in. Kind of convenient, dont you think?

Also, why is the day commemorated as either Mary's death, or bodily ascension to heaven, celebrated on the day that the pagans celebrated Nemoralia, a day dedicated to Diana.

The Nemoralia (also known as the Festival of Torches or Hecatean Ides) is a three-day festival originally celebrated by the ancient Romans on the Ides of August (August 13–15) in honor of the goddess Diana. Although the Nemoralia was originally celebrated at the Sanctuary of Diana at Lake Nemi, it soon became more widely celebrated. The Catholic Church may have adapted the Nemoralia as the Feast of the Assumption.
If at some point she was celebrated on January 18, why was the date changed to August 15?

A Gallic liturgy of the mid-sixth century is the first evidence of the celebration of the Assumption in the Western Church. This feast, held on Jan. 18, was called in a seventh-century Sacramentary the “Feast of Mary’s Assumption.” St. Gregory of Tours (d. c. 596), in his treatise “On the Glory of the Martyrs,” affirms Mary’s assumption: “The Lord bade the sacred body [of Mary] be borne aloft on a cloud and carried to paradise, where, reunited to the soul, and rejoicing with His elect, it enjoys the good things of eternity in unending bliss.”
Just a few questions that no one on the internet seems to ask or know the answer to...

Also, if Mary is without sin, why did she need to undergo purification and offer a sin offering after Jesus's birth (Luke 2:22-24)? In fact, don't catholics teach that Mary gave birth while remaining a virgin? (Not to mentiom the Bible mentions Jesus' brothers and sisters, not cousins as a different word is used for cousin)

We as Catholics firmly believe that Mary is "ever virgin." The Catechism of the Catholic Church asserts, "The deepening of faith in the virginal motherhood led the Church to confess Mary's real and perpetual virginity even in the act of giving birth to the Son of God made man." This statement reflects a more precise dogmatic statement issued at the First Lateran Council: "If anyone does not, according to the holy Fathers, confess truly and properly that holy Mary, ever virgin and immaculate, is Mother of God, since in this latter age she conceived in true reality without human seed from the Holy Spirit, God the Word Himself, who before the ages was begotten of God the Father, and gave birth to Him without injury, her virginity remaining equally inviolate after the birth, let him be condemned."

As a Christian, I don't reject the Roman Catholic Church, so your title is false even if you think it's true.

More than half of the global Christian community is Catholic. You're excluding them from the church (as if you have that authority) from a pov that isn't even 500 years old, attacking the institution without which you would probably never have received the message of Christ to begin with. Pray that God bestows you with humility before she who brought the light of Christianity to all corners of the world in honour of the Apostolic tradition.

What type of Christianity: gnostic or biblical?

No, the Pope sits on the throne of Saint Peter, literally no Catholic believes he is the mediator between God and man…

also Catholics don’t communicate with the dead, we pray to the saints who are ALIVE in heaven, they aren’t dead.

Finally statues aren’t idols, not unless you worship them, just like the Snake that God commanded be made to heal the Israelites isn’t an idol or the angels on the arch of the covenant.

And yes the Catholic Church is the true faith founded by Christ, it’s the Protestants that move away from that.

first of all, the Catholic Church teaches what the apostles taught through the scriptures and tradition.

don’t forget, the Bible was put together by Catholics so you are literally reading a Catholic book when you read the Bible.

also Purgatory is in the Bible:https://www.catholic.com/magazine/online-edition/is-purgatory-in-the-bible

what else?

One of the many false ways...

Psalm 119:128

Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.
No my friend, the Church started by Christ isn’t the false way, it’s the Protestants who reject his teachings.

Let's face facts: Pope is satanic and also pushed the fake vaccines and also the LBQBS agenda and also Black Lies Matter. Also how many Catholic priests have molested children? Case closed.
Because one Pope does something bad doesn’t mean the papacy is “satanic”

look into traditional Catholics vs modern Catholics

finally less than 2% of priests have ever been accused of anything to do with child abuse so maybe learn the facts before spouting nonsense

I was raised rc just as the OP with nuns as teachers etc. The concept with saints is something that makes no sense. The same applies to "Ishtar/Mary".

1. If you pray to anyne other than God, you are polytheistic. All these Saints are just old pagan "gods" labelled as new "christian". Sometimes they even reused all temples and statues. How is this okay?

2. If you say you need to pray to a Saint or Mary, it diminishes the Lord. It either a, makes him seem to busy or ignorant to deal with you or b, makes him look weak because he can't deal with all of that and so he needs his Apollo, Aphoridite, Thor ..I mean..his Saints...
