Technically, it is producing the same end result as having sex. It doesn't lead to any high blood pressure issues or anything else. NoFap looks like an abstinence movement. There is nothing wrong with this. However, it doesn't prove that this behavior is bad for your health.

Pornography is a completely different subject because there is evidence that pornography can damage relationships and become an addiction.

But not everyone is using porn for this function. Some people don't use porn and are single maybe. They have no chance of damaging relationships with it or becoming addicted. They could just be waiting to meet someone, meet someone, and go on to have a healthy life and relationship.
