This is Ta3min place in Seoul next to the new Sm buldings,Kai didn't told the place where he live(before he was in the dormitory with Exo members then he moved on in this house),but the style of the house,is very similar to Ta3min's house,and Ka1 is another Sm golden boy,i saw others houses of idols for example Key house or k*ng daniel ,and they are different than Ta3min house.The table in the kitchen,the sofa,really are similar.So my idea is that they live in the same building because this is a place for people who are rich
