This is beyond insane! The mind boggles at how they can mandate a non-sterilizing vaccine for anyone! Why? I mean there is no argument here - it's common knowledge at this point - that these are non-sterilizing vaccines. That means they do not control transmission.

The colleges are so far behind the 8-ball on this it's nuts. The vaccines function, at best, as a therapeutic. They serve no other benefit. Mandating it for those who aren't at risk for Covid is just nonsensical.
