So I got this completely unsolicited, super creepy, predatory postcard in the mail today from the realtors office that handled the transaction when I bought my house years ago.

I was reminded of some of the posts a few weeks or so back here on this thread about BlackRock buying up all the private homes it can get, so I looked it up to confirm, and BlackRock does in fact own part of Berkshire Hathaway, because of course they do. So looks like they've moved from buying up all the private housing in the "desirable markets" to buying up all the private housing everywhere, including tiny backwater rural holes in the wall like mine.

my favorite part is the fake concern and "this entire mailing is weird and intrusive and vaguely coercive-feeling, but NO PRESSURE GUYS WE SWEAR" ok lol.

needless to say, my house is not for sale and they can fuck right off.
