I, personally speaking, do have a theory that men are only capable of truly loving other men as partners. Just look at ancient world history. That male sexual narcissism translates to the whole "bros before hoes" mentality for one modern example. It's why I think men are meant to be gay, they're built for it anyway and the only thing that ties the sexes together is reproduction.
I dont think this is possible with human reproduction, at least not any time soon. Plus, science is still dominated by men. I think they'd sooner create artificial eggs and wombs so they can get rid of women forever than the other way around.
