The songs both talk about how they will serve themselves to the elites both literally (cannibalism) and sexually, for example, in bon appetite music video katy perry says in the song "all that you can have boy, got me spread like a buffet" while she's surrounded by food, and as we know a buffet is a meal consisting of several dishes from which guests serve themselves (thats why some buffets say "all you can eat") .
In the lyrics for god's menu they say "Choose the menu, call me up, Whatever you want, we'll serve." Basically saying to the elites or whoever they are servicing to "call them" (hence why many idols do the "call me" sign, and notice he says we'll serve, basically saying the whole group are prostitutes) and they'll offer whatever sexual favors they ask(also to add, in both of those songs they mention they are "5 star Michelin") .
