Yes. the whole basis of a vaccine passport is flawed. If the so called experimental jab can't produce immunity and prevent transmission then what is the point? A positive antigen test would be used to determine whether you have developed natural antibodies but the test is flawed as it can't determine between various coronavirues including the common cold.
