Now the baby has it written on his birth certificate once he is registered in his first days. Through the CPF (Physical Person Register) it is possible to know the person’s address, expenditure at shops and supermarket, schools the person has been at, trips (national and international), places the person has worked, family, online registry in websites, criminal past and so on. It should be called No Way Out.
