5- In Map Of The Soul ON:E teaser :
At 0:09, Jimin is shown staring at himself in broken pieces of glass, the classic MK ultra symbolism to represent split personality.
Which is then followed, by Taehyung doing the same; And then right after, Jungkook as if to confirm it :
As if to confirm this is what the broken mirror pieces was about. (When no one asked really. Lol)
6- In the Wings Tour trailer, 2016
Jimin, still with his white shirt and his red apple, is lying on the floor in the middle of the forest blindfolded (which is already very weird), and next he levitates into what appears to be the Arch of hysteria. It's a position that represents pain and mental trauma (you can google it). It has also been associated with demon possession. It is seen in Billie Eilish's Bury a friend, which is one of the most MK Ultra music videos I know.
We also see J-hope, looking the same as in the Mama Mk Ultra video, in this position too. As well as Namjoon, with pieces of broken mirror beneath him :
And then there is this dark liquid coming out of Jimin's eye.
I don't know exactly what this represents, as I have heard different interpretations, but I have seen it in quite a lot of MK Ultra MVs/situations before.
One of them being, again, Bury a Friend. (There's an article about it here if you didn't know about it).
And this Wings Trailer had other MK Ultra things by the way. Which just confirms this is what this is about.
I would also like to mention this shot, where Jimin does the hand covering his mouth symbol, with that dark liquid again pouring on the wall behind him.
7- In Idol
In the MV, Jimin is seen with butterflies on his hat. Which is a detail I would have probably ignored, if this wasn't Idol : it's one of BTS's top most viewed MVs, and it has quite a lot of things you could interpret as MK ultra symbolism in it. Not to mention the lyrics :
"Inside of me,
There are tens and hundreds me's.
I welcome another me today.
But it's all me anyways.
Instead of worrying (notice how he literally admits this isn't normal and he should be
worrying), I just run"
8- Filter.
Lastly we have Filter. (Or should I say, "Alter".)
Firstly : one thing I would really like to point out is that unlike what I have seen in every translation of the lyrics so far, what Jimin actually says is "You can pick and
use me". The verb he uses is 쓰다, and here it literally means to use.
In this song I really think he is talking to some kind of master, telling him how he can switch into any alter for him.
For you, every day I'll be new
It's not fun to stay the same all the time.
What he says in this part (below) at the end of the song is really interesting to me. This is just the way I see it though, I might be wrong.
Look at me who has suddenly turned into a child
The more you look, the cuter I am, driving [probably still you] crazy
Overcoming different tastes and standards
You'll be wanting only me
Yeah, because you are the one who made me
And, in this last verse, what he says is 날 만든 사람
보로 너 - so it's more like, it is you
specifically, that made me. He also uses 너, which is the second person
singular pronoun. So you can't say he is talking to the fans for example or something like that. It is clearly
one specific person he is talking to. And that's the person he's singing the song to.
Made me, by the way, he says.
Which is why I think this is probably sone kind of handler or master he is talking to.
So here, after offering to transform into whatever he wants for this master, from a Genie to a cuddler or whatever that was... now he transforms into a child ! And he says, the more this master looks at him, the cuter he gets, to the point of going crazy ! The thing here is, one could argue it isn't necessarily that the person finds this child Jimin cute in a sexual way, but you can't really say that, because he goes on to say : "Overcoming different
tastes and
standards", and,
"You'll be wanting only me". "
Overcoming different tastes and standards" sounds like he is confirming that this is indeed pedophilic.
Also, I watched the Filter performance from the ONE concert, and from what I remember it had some pretty sexual moves.
