You must be blessed because Publix around me sucks.
Sorry about that! My impression was that they were like the Chik-Fil-A of grocery stores with "It's a pleasure to serve you" and trying to carry out my bags for me when I only had 2 bags and they weren't even heavy. Hate to hear that they are not like that everywhere.

No, I think that must be your city and state. Publix is from Florida and the polite bit is nonexistent here-- (Edit: at most stores).

Was out on the town last night and there are rules of no more than 50 people at a time in the room and you cant dance and have to wash your hands frequently and keep a distance. Someone danced anyway, i joined in and this nazi guard of a woman came by telling us "VERBOTEN! NEIN!!" lol, seriously she was like a stazi.

I'll let ya kno if I got the corona. ;)

"The vast ramping up of intensive care beds in the UK in recent weeks was driven by modelling from Imperial College, which suggested up to 30 per cent of people who are hospitalised for coronavirus will need intensive care...."

only because of panic. #scamdemic

The customer service is there, but it seems more forced than genuine. I think they were better when old man Jenkins was still alive. It's gone down hill since the kids took over. I'm not that impressed with their meat. They say the beef is choice, but it usually looks like it barely made the grade. On the plus side, they are on almost every corner (convenient) and my eyes usually don't hurt in the checkout.

Re: price gouging
Records from the store showed he bought the face masks for 7 cents apiece and then resold them for $1 each, prosecutors said. (Full Story)

Circle K is selling them here for $25 (pack of 25). I guess it's ok for corporations to price gouge not the small business, or a certain level of price gouging is expected from convenience stores?

The first link below would seem to indicate you're more likely to get it locked inside your home than out in public.

Convenience store. Sorry, I thought they were national.
It’s ok :) I’m pretty sure there’s a little leeway with convenience stores. They ALWAYS seem to charge more for damn near everything. A $1 packet of noddles is $1.50 for example.. small stores don’t get the same kind of bulk pricing that larger grocery stores do, so their cost of acquisition is higher to begin with, then add the mark up to customer.

I'm just trying to figure out why the convenience store can sell them at a buck a piece, but the guy in the article can't.

Because circle k’s don’t exist in ny? Lol.. idk. My best guess is he ignored the original cease and desist letter and was stupid enough to advertise doing so on Facebook.

Don't know if it's been posted here before and I can't be bothered looking but after reading this article I just had to visit our Gov website to see for myself

On visiting Gov.uk like any good conspiracy theorist would I read this.

That reads pretty.black and white to me, or is there some issue with my comprehension skills here?

Did someone mention Chic-Fil-A? Yum.

You need to get out of the south on occasion...:)
I have. Minit Stop had decent fried chicken. I could have said 7-11 as more people know of it, but it wouldn't have been accurate.
