They are getting ready to go to phase II IMO, which is trying to get people back to work. The key will be seeing the new rules in place. I think we are seeing the peak but no worries for we will talk about this for years to come and what changes we see. So, I see this an opportunity for their test run with the hammer to come down the road. I maintain this was the perfect cover to crash the world's economies as well. I have seen people released with symptoms of the virus in the three major hospitals around here as well and people are starting to go a little crazy and be on edge, so they are starting to make some moves. I hope those with a truck trailer full of toilet paper have to munch on it. Now, I am just repeating myself from page 3 with all this, so maybe I should not have posted it at all. The conversations are so circular of late.

Things will be reopened by the end of May in most places. That’s how it seems.

I am jerk g a close eye for another spike in further out places within the next two weeks though. Seems like everyone went to church Sunday.

All this talk has me worried and scared for the future. The fact I have mental illness doesn't help me during self-isolation either.
Don’t let it get to you so much. Whatever will be, will be. Let go of the things you cannot change and figure out how to adapt. Best advice I can give you. I think we are all in danger of our brains going entirely haywire at this point.

Trump: I’m defunding WHO.
Reporter: You’re defunding who?
Trump: That’s right.
Reporter: But who are you defunding?
Trump: I am defunding WHO.
Reporter: That’s what I asked. Who are you defunding?
Trump: I said WHO.
Reporter: Who is it, then?
Trump: That’s right.

Sometimes..being a conspiracy theorists makes one open to stupid things...it takes a good one to know what could be real.

It would have to be reopened to have state worship for Memorial Day.
I really don’t even know how reopening things “carefully” looks for me.. I can’t social distance at work, can’t wear a mask or gloves or anything B.C. my client is severely disabled and nonverbal and would not know how to handle that. Schools are closed for the rest of the year so I’d have to go to his home and while his parents are very nice they don’t want someone there 30+hours a week.

My husband can go back whenever they let him. He does residential work so can limit things to the smallest amount of people needed and make sure not to contact the homeowners, wear PPE (if it’s ever available again) and disinfect the area he’s working in. I just don’t think there are that many customers on the other side of this thing.

Praying for you. I understand. Struggle with anxiety and depression here. First it was bearable and almost great (ambivert with a misanthropic side), was so organized, prepping meals, cleaning house, exercising like a mad person--okay, so that was nervous energy. Thought I loved this working from home stuff. Had some really weird dreams. Didn't sleep well. Then wanted to sleep all the time and eat rubbish. Didn't totally eat rubbish even though I flirted with the idea and the boundaries of so-called "healthy treats". Exercised more. More, more, more. You're not alone. Just start with the basics of self-care. Eat real food, get enough sleep, try to get some sunlight each day. Do something nice like, if you're a girl especially but anyone can do this, paint your nails or use a nice smelling foot scrub. Just using the foot scrub made me weirdly happy. It's something I've meant to do for some time but never took the time to actually do.

Here are some resources that may help:

This has some language and irreverence, but I appreciate her honesty. It's hard to be vulnerable, especially as a mental health therapist.

I feel that is a test run as well but you say that isn't a mass killer, the death rate is at over 125,000.00 and rising but if we get China's REAL numbers then it is closer to 180, 000.000...that is a hell of a lot of people to me.
if you compare it to deaths from similar type diseases every year its almost the same.

plenty of people die yearly , the media just doesn't coordinate a fear campaign based on it.
