I don't know how anyone can see the growing income disparity, corporate corruption, a brutalized working class, and a dying working class and think... "Gee, all these problems caused by rich capitalists sure are making it harder and harder for the average person to live. Capitalism isn't the problem though."

I decided to give this video the benefit of the doubt, even though I'm familiar with its creator. But within the first thirty seconds, he's already fallen into the lie that liberals are leftists. Spoiler, they're not.

If you still support a capitalist hierarchy, which both Democrats and all those scary news outlets that say mean things about Donald Trump do, you're not a leftist. You're a capitalist. And the only difference between liberals and conservatives is that liberals give women, people of color, and LGBT individuals a little more leeway on how they chose to embrace their identity. Put to paraphrase Phil Ochs... Just don't call for revolution, that's going a little too far.

I do not think a little more leeway fits as a description of today's liberals of the democratic party. They want all the cake, their own way, etc. You do realize most liberals think they are left by the term most applied? I did not create the terms or the sides, but if you are all in on the left these days, it is plain to see...at least in forums.

As for the video, I did not say one word about it but simply offered it up as a take. I mean, isn't that what people do here post links to see what sticks or starts conversation?

I was once a registered Dem but I do not recognize that party anymore. I fully admit to learning right in that I do not want a one world government nor be forced to live in deranged fantasies about the PC culture. It seems to make me the bad guy in here more often than not despite the fact it is just my view or opinion.

It needs to be a worldwide thing. I'm happy to live in the west and even though there's much civilization, modernization, I still people throwing cigarette butts out the window, fast-food bags, wrappers, etc. The most disgusting thing I've seen on the street have been used condoms, so sickening, besides dog poop.
