Are you linking SF9 mvs to btß? I never noticed similarities and that's probably because I never watch btŝ mvs. The members said the Now Or Never MV is about a game which you can only win once hence it's now or never! They are inside a huge domino which shows how they are trapped between 4 walls similar to prison. In their ROAR MV they also seem to be trapped in a box whilst looking distressed. After that in Easy Love MV it seemed like they had found a way to escape and land in an abandoned desert area which we could see in OSM MV and then later in Mamma Mia MV they are finally at their home country/world but then they get trapped again in Now Or Never MV!
Lol, it's like a cycle!

I find it so strange how FNC just won't stop releasing the SF9 webtoon collabs despite the Korean fans continuously voicing their displeasure of it! Although the 1st webtoon for Now Or Never was shady and I personally understood the message they were trying to indirectly tell us which really confirmed how FNC are desperately pushing SF9 into the US market by trying to please an american investor/CEO or whatever that creepy man was! It was so uncomfortable to look and I can understand the frustration and anger of fans especially Koreans! Now this time the webtoon was super creepy and weird as hell! A skeleton looking thing that resembles a monster or some scary creature locking up the SF9 members with a condition of making its heart beat/move in order for them to be able to escape! It was so disgusting how it approached them with its heart on its hand! Yuck! 
And what even surprised me more is how the members themselves weren't disgusted or scared of it, it's as though they're used to seeing scary creatures like it! The first thing that came to my mind is that creature depicts the demon that is trapping them until they do what it asks them to! Although the members succeeded in making its heart beat, it trapped them again and asked for them to play a game (domino thing) and if they win they can leave! That definitely was a hint on what the Now Or Never board game is really about and why the members seem to be trapped in one place. You can read the webtoon here with ENG subs.
