As being young and new, and as well as being a new company. They really thought they have to work harder to provide for the company who put their trust on them. Invested time and money, and that hardship paid off. It feels good that the things they worked for so far had bear fruit. But they weren't told with the truth in the first place. They were blinded that their hardships were enough to push them through to the lime lights. Now you can see their eyes mirrored confusion, and clearly asking if they're doing the right thing. But they're already into it too deep.
They have become dependent to the management. Few assuring words, medication and incorporate with few tricky hypnotism are enough to push them through. I'd really like to help them. But I, also a victim of my weaknesses. I'm helpless, I don't have the resources to help someone else's. Let's just hope they don't succumb to that and accept that it's a norm.
I just saw the schedule of their concert, I was shock of how much concert they have to do until next year. Man, they're milking them as if their cows. I'll pray for them to find someone to hold onto, just not to the wrong people.
Edit: There's a reason why they are recruited young, so the transition will be easy.
