I just remembered they DID have a day of silence in respect to Kai's grandfather. Their 'Run' episode was scheduled to air but they postponed it for the next week out of respect while not posting on social media either. How odd they seem to have more empathy for someone who isn't even a member of their group and who they apparently consider as a "brother".

Whenever someone gets the chance could you please respond to my question? I’m generally very curious about this since I believe it was Niall? Who dated someone who isn’t famous.. did they have to agree to join their cult to be able to date them?? Or how would this work in general?
I tend to think it's a double life. They're significant others that have been involved with them for a very long time probably know what goes down but they turn a blind eye. I don't think they're required to join but are more or less used as collateral to keep the member in line. Unless you're born into it, I don't think it's necessary for your partner/children to be initiated.
Would it also be possible that their s.o. could be chosen as a sacrifice? Since it’s usually someone close to them that can be used as a sacrifice so I don’t see why not

I wanted to say something about this before, but I didn't want to be 'that' person. I would honestly say don't put your entire trust into it. While I'm happy to find this forum, I'm wary of 'well-known' sites like this one. It's informative for sure but...I'm still cautious.
