What's the difference between the nouns Satan/Devil/Lucifer?

Satan means opposer, or adversary. It is sometimes used as “The Satan” in the Old Testament to refer to a divine being who is working against God & his people
devil means slanderer.
lucifer is a latin word that was used to translate the Hebrew word Heylel.
in Isaiah 14, the Hebrew says “Heylel Ben Shakar”
there is dispute over what Heylel means. It could mean “Shining One”. Ben Shakar means “son of the morning”.

Jewish scholars attribute the 'lucifer' (false light/false Messiah)- to the King of Babylon and his cohorts in Isaiah 14- as well as Sennacharib.
Christian scholars attribute it to Satan and the anti-christ and his cohorts.
I believe both are right, if you put the OT and NT together.
(BTW.. in ancient Babylon they were into astrology, evil sorcery, idolatry, self aggrandizement as gods, molten image worship, and use of music against God and His people to steal their promises for money and occultic purposes. Sound familiar? Because the Bible says it's rising again as the end times anti-christ (s) the whole world loves- and that is 99.9 percent of what the entertainment industry and new age movement is into)

Lucifer is also known as the great red dragon (red therefore being his color), because red is his color and a dragon uses its tail/tale to draw its victims into its clutches, and everything that comes out of its mouth burns its victims.
