I just noticed this single cover, I always had a sick feeling that she was a blood sacrifice, she died at the height of her career.

Left Eye has a documentary about her trying to secluded herself and find peace. She says as it gets closer to her death, she felt a negative energy trying to go after her.

Yeah I think she was a sacrifice. Her later stuff as she dabbled into the hollywood scene had the typical left eye and dark stuff. She was a vampire queen in that movie queen of the damned which I believe was released after her death.

There is recording of her car crash, it was really a tragic accident.


As far Aaliyah those little planes crash with more regularity than commercial airliners, but who knows.

Trivia: T-Boz was on a song on Paula Cole's cd Amen and is currently on Days Of Our Lives. Anyway, Aaliyah might have been offed to make room for other singers to flood in and Left Eye might have been seen as a threat/wildcard.
