Yes and no. No tony is not making it from scratch but he is simply showing that instead of spending 30-40 bucks on a little bottle of Oil of Oregano, anyone can buy super concentrate Oregano essential oil for 15 bucks, put a couple drops in a tiny bottle with olive oil and you have Oil of Oregano for next to nothing. Amazing...BTW - most of his video's are from scratch vid's.
