True, but at this agendas higher levels, where decisions are actually made and orders issued forth... left/right is meaningless. They are two sides of the same corrupt coin, and they have hemmed things up as such that drifting to the polar opposites offered by TPTB compromises the individual, who then compromises collectively. Those of us who refuse to be dragged to one "side" or the other have it rough because our opposition controls the majority of media/entertainment/internet content and traffic. But the truth is, we are the overwhelming majority, and its up to US in the "middle" to unite and check the corrupt extremists of this false left/right dynamic.
