We are thinking about buying a new house, so I follow the news about prices. From what I read, home prices increased 3.8% year-over-year in January. I've recently checked the americas home place website and it seems that a lot of people prefer building their houses now. Maybe it will be cheaper for us.

Building a home... materials are expensive. Maybe some kind of "tiny home"? But you still got all the red tape, utilities and what not.

Something wrong with renting? I know its getting expensive but everything is.
