They muddy the narrative and throw in a few buzz words. ‘Hamas figures’ when referring to the Palestinian death toll, ‘As a military historian’ when trying to appear as a credible critic of the genocide and ‘Islamic jihad/human shields’ for emotive affect. It’s a mouldy salad of word play to continue convincing people that Israel has every right and obligation to ‘defend’ themselves.
