Looking for a video

I am trying to find a video that I saw on here about a month or so ago and it's a middle aged man talking about how he met someone(I can't remember if they were homeless or he just ran into someone.) and the person tells him they used to work for the US goverment and said one day men in black suits will relieve all police of their duty and that they are now the police and its pointless to go to the military cause they are already taken over. Basically they begin to execute the nwo plan.

Never saved it and can't remember where I saw it on here

Doesn't seem to have what I'm looking for. If I remember correctly the video was like 10 mins long. But I haven't finished watching the vid yet so maybe it's in there.

Thanks for sharing that though it's really interesting, do you by chance have any other vids or books on the men in black? I am going down a rabbit hole lol
