На базе железнодорожной станции Лосиноостровская Московской железной дороги, отрабатывался элемент эвакуации населения из зоны возможных опасностей железнодорожным транспортом. В ходе занятий было отработано взаимодействие между эвакуационными органами СВАО города Москвы по вопросу посадки эвакуируемого населения на железнодорожный транспорт.
Тренировка проходила под руководством начальника управления по СВАО Департамента ГОЧСиПБ Сергея Владимировича Строева и главы управы Роберто Александровича Леонова.
— Эвакуация населения из зон возможных опасностей- один из основных способов защиты жителей.
При эвакуации населения по железной дороге используются пассажирские железнодорожные составы, при этом предусматривается более плотная загрузка вагонов эвакуируемым населением.
На прошедшем занятии силами Управления по СВАО Департамента ГОЧСиПБ и Московской железной дороги — филиала ОАО РЖД были организованы: группа учёта и регистрации прибывающих, накопительная площадка эвакуируемого населения, группа комплектования эшелонов, организация посадки и отправки эваконаселения, пункт питания и выдачи воды, медицинский пункт, группа охраны общественного порядка и т. д. Отработаны действия каждой группы.
В ходе тренировки «эвакуируемые» прошли последовательно через все организованные точки приёма населения, точно так как это будет происходить в реальной жизни. Сформировавшись в колонны прошли до места посадки в эшелон.
Также была проведена тренировка по оказанию медицинской помощи условно пострадавшему эвакуируемому с последующей эвакуацией его в лечебное учреждение.
— В целом тренировка прошла успешно. Были отработаны все элементы эвакуации населения на пункте посадки населения на железнодорожный транспорт. Ошибки, допущенные в ходе тренировки были разобраны на построении участников после окончания занятий, — рассказал начальник управления Сергей Строев.

Regarding the WEF it's obvious as daylight that this false pandemic is the great reset. As many have said the operation "checks the boxes" on so many different agendas but at the top is always the bankers, namely the World Bank. The great reset makes me think of the game Jenga; take out one piece and the entire structure snowballs on itself.
