Henry Kissinger, anointed oracle/gatekeeper of the ruling class, is predictably scared. He claims that, “sustaining the public trust is crucial to social solidarity.” He’s convinced the Hegemon should “safeguard the principles of the liberal world order.” Otherwise, “failure could set the world on fire.”

That’s so quaint. Public trust is dead across the spectrum. The liberal world “order” is now social Darwinist chaos. Just wait for the fire to rage.

The game ahead for the elites, taking advantage of the crisis, might well contain these four elements: a social credit system, mandatory vaccination, a digital currency and a Universal Basic Income (UBI). This is what used to be called, according to the decades-old, time-tested CIA playbook, a “conspiracy theory.” Well, it might actually happen.

The Great Reset is immensely ambitious, spanning over 50 fields of knowledge and practice. It interconnects everything from economy recovery recommendations to “sustainable business models”, from restoration of the environment to the redesign of social contracts.

The beating heart of this matrix is – what else – the Strategic Intelligence Platform, encompassing, literally, everything: “sustainable development”, “global governance”, capital markets, climate change, biodiversity, human rights, gender parity, LGBTI, systemic racism, international trade and investment, the – wobbly – future of the travel and tourism industries, food, air pollution, digital identity, blockchain, 5G, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI).

In the end, only an all-in-one Plan A applies for making these systems interact seamlessly: the Great Reset – shorthand for a New World Order that has always been glowingly evoked, but never implemented. There is no Plan B.

... The Great Reset presupposes that all stakeholders – as in the whole planet – must toe the line. Otherwise, as Schwab stresses, we will have “more polarization, nationalism, racism, increased social unrest and conflicts”.

So this is – once again – a “you’re with us or against us” ultimatum, eerily reminiscent of our old 9/11 world. Either the Great Reset is peacefully established, with whole nations dutifully obeying the new guidelines designed by a bunch of self-appointed neo-Platonic Republic sages, or it’s chaos.

Whether Covid-19’s ultimate “window of opportunity” presented itself as a mere coincidence or by design, will always remain a very juicy question.

California & New York Plan Emergency Detention Laws


June 20, 2019 — New York and California both have bills waiting in the wings to allow for the seizure and detention of anyone even suspected of having a communicable disease if the Governor declares a state of emergency. The New York bill is Assembly bill A99, the California bill is AB 262.


Sadly, this really isn’t new.


Shortly after 9/11 the Model Emergency Health Powers Act (MEHPA) was proposed in Albany, NY (and many other states) and would have granted the same powers back in 2001/02. This was not too long after the anthrax scare when former (federal) Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle, and others Democrats, received letters in the mail laced with anthrax. However the bills were unsuccessful and didn’t pass. I don’t recall precisely, but at the time I remember reading that such emergency powers were rolled into the Homeland Security Act – meaning only the President had the power to declare a state of emergency on the federal level and work with state officials (Governor, etc…) to implement seizure of peoples, detentions, quarantines etc…


This is a very slippery slope!


On some level, such a law sounds logical. If America was the victim of a massive biological attack by air or in our water supply perhaps we would need a massive, major response from both federal and state officials; if we were attacked with anthrax, ebola, bubonic plague, small pox, etc… However the problem is that today elected officials tell us – with a straight face – that we just had an epidemic of a childhood illness that some compare with strep throat. This “emergency” measles epidemic didn’t even cause one death. Can we trust such officials not to seize and detain people if next year there is an “epidemic” of chicken pox?


I feel as though we could see detentions happening of unvaccinated children for having a common cold. Don’t laugh, there is currently a vaccine in the pipeline for the common cold. One day soon it very well could be against the law to be sick, unless of course you have chronic illness; Big Pharma just loves that type of sick!

UBI is control. Once your shelter, food and clothing become dependent on pleasing the gooberment (ie, the .1%) its game over.

I filled this out the other day. I get the feeling they’ll make our places of work responsible to ensure we’re vaccinated..might be wrong about this, just my gut feeling.
