did you guys notice that in Burn the stage he keeps talking about alcohol? I saw fans making jokes about this on twitter but for me this is strange. seems like he drinks a lot and it's thinking about getting drunk all the time. Maybe trying to escape his reality? I don't know
I'm just quite surprised to see them drinking quite a bit in US... but then again, Koreans do drink alcohol like plain water.

yeah koreans love to drink but I noticed he talked about alcohol a lot more than the others who seem more relaxed about it
this love for alcohol is contradicting to his cute mochi image if you think about it

I was surprised when they said the maknae line drank more than the Hyungs. Although Korea has a big drinking culture, it worried me a bit.

Speaking of cross-dressing in women's clothing for humiliation.. Don't forget during the Go Go Snow White dance practice, Tae looked extremely peeved. Even the way he abruptly started Rock, Paper, Scissors implied he was annoyed. Some of them throughout kept giving him the eye as if they were trying to communicate to him he needed to pull it together. I wonder if he already knew he was going to have to be Snow White?

This could've been around the time he lost his friend too, cant recall.
What disturbs me more is the frequency of them being photographed by staff. Those camera flashes on Yoongi's happy face when he didn't have to wear the Snow White dress made me think the true commodification of their lives (remember they were wearing PUMA and they are now global ambassador of PUMA) before they 'practise' the song spelled irony in these boys' lives. Insulting those who waste money carelessly when they are the ones who need such people to waste on carelessly in order to be successful. This is why I hated this song the moment I read the lyrics. As I have mentioned this before, I just don't understand how this song, Pied Piper and even MIC Drop to be relevant in Love Yourself universe.

Everything about them, everything they said have to be made into public for fans. What a dystopian reality for kpop idols who are known to write social commentary songs. Really, BTS ?

BH is truly a 'big brother' for these boys.

I also wonder why BH decided to cease fans from giving them birthday gifts.
There were too many gifts and the gifts were getting repetive and ridiculously expensive. Like 10,000 dollar cameras and stuff.
They explained that they felt bad that they couldn't use everything thats given to them, at least that's what they said on the fan cafe.

I'm not sure if Taehyung drinks, according to some fans he doesn't but there was one time when their CEO said him and the members used to drink together and don't do it anymore because one of the members made a "mistake"

- Do you often drink with the members?

"We did drink together to celebrate when youngest Jungkook became an adult but we don't do this often. Members aren't very good drinkers. At least Suga drinks a little more but I being a heavy drinker... One of the members made a mistake when we drank together so all of us are trying to reduce. However, I hardly get to see them because BTS's schedules are busy"

And in this interview he also talked about the members predebut:

- You must be proud to see them grow up personally and not just for business

"I met Rap Monster for the first time when he was in Grade 9 so I've known him for 7~8 years. I share the emotions of their fans. He began training from very young age and made his debut so it's fun to watch his personlity change from his trainee days compared to now. Honestly, Jungkook could never sing when we asked him to sing during his trainee days. He would twist and fidget for 15 minutes because he was shy. He was even evaluated by the company if it was possible for him to debut because he didn't have that much of talent. But now he has become a beagle member, didn't he? Their personalities have changed but their eldest hyung Jin's personality hasn't changed at all. He is a very, very sensible person. He is a good guy who holds the members so they wouldn't cross the line."

I'm still confused about Jungkook, here the CEO is saying he had no talent and couldn't perform so it's strange how he decided to audition for an entertainment company. I really believe he was forced to do it

Taehyung is said to be the one who parties the most according to the members. Whether he drinks while partying is another thing since you don't have to consume alcohol to have a good time and socialize.

And the member that made a mistake is said to be Suga. People speculate it was that time he hurt his ear and had to go in for surgery which took him out of all the schedules for the end of the year.

So regarding mk ultra does the handler(s) always have to be with these celebrities or do they just check in with them from time to time or only see them when they’re breaking down again? Also when a person is programmed for example they’re dominant personality is conscious of everything they are doing etc it’s just there alters that are created that are unaware of each other, don’t know one another exists, and keeps certain things from them correct?

Question..
Sorry if this is kinda irrelevant but its related to gemstones
Screen Shot 2018-05-09 at 11.50.03 PM.png
I know one of the bracelets he is wearing is that friendship bracelet.. seems to be the bracelet with smaller beads
Do you think the other bracelet could possibly be onyx or black tourmaline? or maybeee agate
It seems to be a gemstone bracelet though because it had this tie thats usually on the back of bracelets that are gemstones (I know this because I own one)

Either way tourmaline, onyx, and agate seem to represent protection.... which i find a bit weird.. (maybe he just likes the style?? maybe hes awake?? idk)
Even if he knows about the protection the bracelet offers he does wear black a lot.. which seems to be a win-win situation since he likes the color and he seems to be a generally sensitive person

I just thought it was weird considering how that bracelet looks like a lot like the one i wear constantly since I absorb emotions from others

I apologize if im over analyzing this just caught my attention.. I did see jungkook has matching bracelets with tae and jimin though.. but the beads look different.. which brings me back to thinking one could be the relationship bracelet and the other could be a gemstone bracelet

Yeah thats definitely a gemstone bracelet with his friendship bracelet

Also another thing, I wouldn’t watch bts interviews.. because there’s actually brainwash in that. I went to watch one of the interviews and I started feeling attached... I’m pretty sure it was the interview that Jin was translating the questions
Me too, sometimes I forget everything I've read here and start to get that lovey dovey feeling again before I catch myself.
As someone who was Suga biased, after this thread I really can't call myself that anymore. But one gummy smile pic and I slowly start turning back.

Thats mostly nostalgia.

But seriously to those who read this thread: After reading all the things in this thread about the occult, satanism, demons, spells etc. do you still think it is a good idea to watch all their media like before?
I understand when you cant quit it in an instant but try to turn it down.
"You dont quit smoking standing in the cigarette smoke of others."

I mentioned earlier that I am still a fan of theirs (Suga and Jhope are my preferred members--I don't know their real personalities). I never was one to consume all of their material, never purchased all of their albums (or any of their merchandise except for the lightstick), never streamed their music to help give them numbers, never voted for anything, don't refer to myself as ARMY, and I don't follow the theories created; any typical fandom behavior, I don't engage in. I pick up on symbolism in their MV's but trying to theorize it all is too much for my brain. I'm likely one of (if not) the oldest here and I have a life. My life does not involve all things BTS.

As far as entertainment goes in general, there are other artists and genres i listen to. For me to distance myself from BTS would also mean I would have to distance myself from movies, music, etc. That's what is hard for me to do.

As for BTS, I've seen them twice in concert and I will be going to this upcoming concert. With that said, it does sadden me that this is the path they've gone down. For me I wish for them to disband before any of them lose their life over all of this. I've read some concerning, frightening opinions in this thread that makes me worry for the boys. While they are in the know (if some or all are) I still don't think they fully understand the consequences of their decision to willingly participate. All they were shown was something shiny, and the devil made them an offer they couldn't refuse. Never does he reveal the outcome.
I highly doubt BTS know the outcome, but they will when it is too late. I pray they never reach that point.

JHope is my bias but i understand how most people is confused about him, because he's the most contradictory of them all.
He may be smiling but his eyes are never smiling, for whatever reason.
RM too said he doesn't understand him much, for me it means that outside being co-workers they aren't much close.
Since he's my bias i noticed how he never really talk about himself or his personal stuff outside of his "JHope persona", we know he likes to dance and goes shopping, and that's all, unlike for example V that we know has an interest in photography and art, or RM interest in literature.
I truly think Hoseok doesn't like much to act as "Jhope", he has to constantly act as silly and loud and happy while apparently he's the complete opposite (if what they say about him is true he's strict and professional and if you look at fancam of him attending things you can notice he's not the silly type at all).
I think his pride is hurt constantly about it, and him reminding VERY often he's actually "serius"(i've lost the counts about all the times he reminded this thing) it's like he wants to make sure people know he's not his "Jhope" persona.
You can totally guess because he's so quick to switch , also he get mad more often than we think (when he left the VLive and didn't made 1 for one year).
In Korea the age is important so JHope acting a certain way with the youngers is normal, Jimin too act the same with the one younger than him, it's basically a "don't take too much confidence with me because i'm older", for westerners the age is not much important when we are in a friend group but for Korean it is.
this said i too think JHope(and Jimin) are sadistic types, they enjoy to be a bit mean.

As for them knowing "something" i think they don't, they just do what it is asked to do, and since idol industry is a bit shaddy by itself they don't question much.
I agree, he's unreadable. Tbh, this may sound odd but I like Jhope's authenticity - I liked his reaction over the V live issue...it was honest. Some fans are just rude.

I'm still a fan of theirs as well. I do like them as individuals for the most part, . While I wish them success, I do worry sometimes at what cost.
