He's under a different contract. The others have a btees contract and a regular one. Supposedly he's not under hive in the same way. He has different management.
It seems vague, though...Whatever that "different contract" was...it was to Jm's favor...

What was clear by many indications was that Bh gave Jm a full album...was heavily promoted...and they made sure he got BB no.1 via some schemes.. and to top it all...Jm is Bang's personal favorite...that certainly says a lot...

I think he has better terms or more eyes on his money. I don't think any of them are his favorite. The only favorite he has is money. Compared to Jk, Jm was under promoted. A lot of the promotion is outside sponsors, meaning businesses willing to invest in a comeback. Jm had an English single that was never promoted on the radio, and only had a few weeks promotion.

Jk was able to work with several well-known producers. They threw everything behind 7even, and he was able to do a concert in Central P@rk. He also had a performance at FIFA.

No one in btees is his favorite. Hive is run like a dysfunctional family with a narcissist at the top. Always keeping each member off center by pitting them against the other. He may prefer Jm but it's not love.

Honestly really bad vocals. At least i expected a good dance from jm but he did a lazy dance
I thought Jimin speech was cute, but performance was mediocre. It's a slow song so I don't expect a ton of sophisticated choreography (still better than 7even).
He did sing live but hearing the backtrack with recorded vocals was embarrassing.
He is out of practice, and probably feeling incecure, he definitely can do so much better.

We will inform you of further updates when the time comes.

We ask you for your continued love and support for SUGA until he completes his military service and safely returns. Our company will spare no effort in providing support for our artist."

I had a feeling he'd start the enlistment process right after the tour ended. I think I mentioned that a few pages ago.

What's funny though is that before his shoulder surgery he was apparently able bodied enough to do all the physical things required, but post surgery he's supposedly gonna be a social worker. I call B.S. on that because he can do all that dancing on stage, but can't serve normally? Really?

Yes, you got it right. He would start his enlistment right after his tour... :)

It's a shame that he can't be on active duty...instead, he will basically do office work... About his "surgeries," there wasn't enough transparent information given to the public about these...in fact, there had been some impressions of secrecy surrounding his "injuries..."

He did a livestream on weverse yesterday, in which he showed the 7 tattoo on the back of his left shoulder, and right below it a scar from the surgery is visible. His shoulder injury is from a predebut incident in which he was involved in a hit-and-run. A car slammed into him, then ran him over and his shoulder was dislocated, plus there was muscle damage. I think the secrecy you're referring to is how he hid this accident from the company, out of fear of being dropped. The company has claimed they never would've dropped him, but I think they would have.

The only thing that I think is super weird, is when YG talked about this in a video of them all eating together. It's weird to me cause a camera is there. His bandmates, other people who know him well, describe him as private. Look how long it took him to show off the 7 tattoo, just as an example. It's not even on a revealing part of his body, it's his shoulder, and he's still modest about it. I think the company, who obviously planned to film their meal together, told him to talk about it. And like, I think it really did happened, there's tons of evidence, but it bugs me that they encouraged him to talk about it just to get people more invested in him. YG strikes as the type to fall for that, cause there have been many instances of "PD said I should, so I did". Like for whatever reason if it's just logical enough YG will fall for it and do it; such as being told people will get more attached to him if he shares something personal (and that's not wrong, personal stories absolutely do get fans attached. That's how shows like AGT manipulate viewers into liking an act and keeps people watching).

I honestly thought the crying was song related, but you've got a good point. It could be military related. Could also be it's the last day of the tour, the song itself, other things going on we don't know about.

I can't listen to Snooze without crying so... I get it. It's an emotional song. The title seems funny at first but it's really about young people who obsess over being famous and throw themselves to the wolves, to be specific, what we've been talking about regarding the dark room. He's literally telling young people not to suffer like he suffered. He mentions being erased, colleagues are also enemies, success is a leash and shackles, it's a major call out to the stuff we discuss here on the regular about the kpop industry being like slavery, and the dark room being a place where the people who choose to make you famous also hurt you. He's clearly been through some sh*t, and wants the legacy to stop here.

There's a conflicted sense of paradox, though, with what his "lyrics" want to convey and the reality that he's been a "willing participant" in all these supposed "sh*t" that he's been through the industry that he proudly embraces...

There's too much "hypocrisy..." a "two-faced" and "double-cross" elements...even the "crying" is "not to be trusted..."

It can be very well declared that BTS members have become "effective actors..."

Joining the military may actually help them "shed off" some layers of fakery...
