Château Mouton Rothschild, France. The ceremony was held at the spectacular Grand Chai (Great Barrel Hall) of Mouton. A total of 15 people were selected from 12 countries including South Korea, UK, Canada, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Sweden, Brazil, Poland, France, Ukraine and Denmark.
The ceremony was held for the first time in 60 years since the commencement of Commandery of the Knighthood of the Wine (?) in 1949 by Château Mouton Rothschild. Since 1945, Château Mouton has used the works of the best painters in the world, namely Picasso, Chagall, César and Andy Warhol as their wine label images.

This analysis is based on the source I read/watched (video is attached below). A few years ago, there was a company that bought SM's shares. On June 23, 2009 While selling SM stocks and getting rid of capital pressures, the relationship with 'Rothschild' was established.
