Not here mate, they send the bailiffs. Who by taking on the debt, which is all it is. Pay for it in full for you at pennies on the pounds.

Yeah, albeit on the fringe of the law.
Only place they can really do you is on the road, the car doesn't belong to you, its theirs. You are just the registered keeper.
Its those policy's/laws/statues that the traffic police, enforce.
Never carry ID either.

I can sell my cars at any time I want so how do they own them? I don't blame you for your attitude. Didn't you say you were well off at one time and owned fancy cars and a house? My experience with cops is I cooperate and am polite because I don't think it pays to fight them. I once spent almost a month in jail for growing two marijuana plants and I never want to see the inside of a jail again especially for traffic bullshit. So I have a license insurance and current registration. It's worth it to me to not have to worry about getting pulled over by the cops. In fact a few weeks ago I was pulled over because I made a bad lane change. I was polite and he was nice to me and didn't give me a ticket. He could have easily given me a reckless driving ticket. I have also gotten away with some other stuff with cops because I was polite. It don't pay to fight with cops in my opinion.

It's in that segment that he alludes to a movie concept trailer by a director who "killed his family and himself." Many insist that it was actually a government hit job.
