Four glasses of wine per week is negligible.
Four glasses of wine for breakfast adds a bit of whimsy to the morning. A warning about either practice from the media adds nothing.

I looked at the article.
"It would be wonderful to have a fresh brain."

The liver can regenerate; the brain cannot.
Perhaps we should advise Mr. Everett before sundown.

I've never smoked or drank and my Hell's Angel bro-in-law once half-jokingly said "Huh, you're not a man if you don't smoke or drink".
He died of cancer some years ago in his mid sixties, but I'm still around..:)
PS- My workaholic dad used to pour wine down his throat to relieve his stresses and died of liver cancer in his early sixties.
I tried a few sips of booze in my early teens but it all tasted like cat pee so i've avoided it ever since.
Incidentally Jesus turned water into wine, and it was also served at the Last Supper, so there's nothing "evil" about booze, it's just them who abuse it and can't handle it who get it a bad name.
In fact Jesus said at the LS- "The next time I drink wine, i'll be drinking it with you in my father's kingdom"
That's me out then (sniffle)

In the past at office parties naughty women have tried to get me drunk and i've gone along with it to be a good sport and as an experiment.
At first, the earth's axis seemed to have developed a pronounced tilt and i couldn't walk straight, then my face became hot and flushed with a stupid grin on it, and instead of talking sensibly I could only talk sh*t.
Then I began feeling as if I was wrapped up in a babies comfort blanket of cotton wool and found that my consciousness was confined to just the four walls of the room instead of extending into the far reaches of the universe like before.
When I'd sobered up next day I was glad to get my brain back..:)
