I don't know about the stars lol but I do use a dark theme it seems. Just so much easier to see everything

I've only met a few people who prefer dark, but they tend to be adamant about their preference. I am, too. Notably, they are not A-Types... not ime. Hence my curiosity.

I think using a dark screen is actually just common sense because a bright screen causes eye strain and might even damage eyes. I use dark screen also with my laptop that is hooked up to a 65 inch TV. Light screen is almost painful on that so always keep it dark.

On the laptop, I mean. I try to stay away from it at home. Feels like work. :/
