And new programs to develop new fighter jets, aircraft carriers and new naval vessels, etc. can cost TRILLIONS. Of course all of these extremely expensive and extremely destructive products need to constantly be replaced when in a state of war. So the shareholders who have enough influence to take a nation into war can create an endless debt-financed money stream from an endless war, which is exactly why the false-flag attack on 9/11/2001 was carried out with the help, direction and weapons supplied by the U.S. government.
