Mojmir Babacek is from Prague in the Czech Republic. He graduated in 1972 at Charles University in Prague in philosophy and political economy. In 1978, he signed “Chapter 77,” a document aiming to defend human rights in communist Czechoslovakia.


Since the 1990‘s he has been striving to help to achieve the international ban of remote control of the activity of the human nervous system and human minds with the use of neurotechnology.


Global Research interviewed him on June 6 to expand on his research in the area, and on what he has been trying to do to alert the public as to how the very mind itself may be controlled and manipulated by pulsed microwaves and low frequency electromagnetic radiation used without the knowledge or consent of the targeted individual.

I knew it
very telling that apple would refuse to update absolutely all of their devices with the “new intelligence” feature
only the new apple cellphone model can use it apparently despise they’re all basically the same only with chip-processor speed differences that don’t mean a thing for the average 99.9% of cellphone owners

all for for a good reason
they need to portray this extreme deep privacy violation as an exclusive luxury
also because if they rolled it out to all devices the mass collective lawsuit would be atrocious
but doomed are the new models…

It is impossible to predict with 100% certainty what the threat of a new pandemic will be and which infection will become ‘Disease X’. The scientific community has identified several ‘suspects’, including highly pathogenic influenza, coronaviruses, arboviruses, and several other infections. However, the level of uncertainty is too high to settle on one candidate. Therefore, the main efforts of Russian specialists are directed towards readiness for any new pathogen, forming a proactive and flexible system for detecting and responding to biological threats. This includes digital transformation, genetic technologies, and the creation of technological platforms that should enable rapid development of tests and vaccines against any new infection. Young geneticists, epidemiologists, microbiologists, and artificial intelligence specialists are involved in shaping new approaches to preventing and responding to biological crises. Today, new epidemic-fighting technologies are not only being mastered but also being developed by representatives of Generations Y and Z. Clearly, today’s young scientists and specialists will need to respond to the threat of ‘Disease X’. Are they ready? What does it mean to be prepared for an unknown pandemic and what will it be? How can continuity between generations of scientists and professionals be ensured? What biosecurity technologies are being created and implemented by Millennials and Zoomers?

Topical Issues of New Biological Infectious Threats Discussed on the Sidelines of SPIEF-24

On 6 June, a panel discussion titled 'Will Generation Y Cope with Disease X') was held on the sidelines of SPIEF-24. The event was moderated by the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova. Among the participants are representatives of the Pasteur St. Petersburg Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology, the Vector Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology, the Research Institute of Systems Biology and Medicine, the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology, as well as invited experts from the WHO, the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly, and the Skolkovo Foundation.

As part of the discussion, experts discussed topical issues of new biological threats of the infectious type, which pose a potential danger to the health and safety of people around the world.

Thus, one of the crises was called the unreliability or lack of data on the state of infectious diseases in many countries. Experts noted that this could create problems in the fight against infections and complicate the development of effective strategies to control and prevent them.
In some cases, countries may use different methods of data collection and reporting, which makes it difficult to compare and analyse information.

"We are talking, first of all, about the data crisis. An example is a difficult situation with cholera in one of the Asian countries. Since June last year, there is data on 500 victims and those with suspicion - 4.5 thousand, while the sequence of the disease is not published, and there are a lot of such examples, "said the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova.

In addition, countries may not share incidence data due to political or other reasons, making it impossible to obtain a complete picture of infectious diseases.

We also talked about the emergence of new types of infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, which can spread rapidly, causing significant losses in people's lives and health. The coronavirus pandemic not only arose in the era of digitalization, but also stimulated its rapid development. Future pandemics may develop in the context of artificial intelligence and synthetic biology penetrating all spheres, which will affect their development. "

well if u read between the lines it seems he is basically admitting what other innocent people have said throughout the years… which is that if you want out of the contract and out of the hollywood industry chains than they are going to destroy your reputation all of sudden ur love partners are paid $$$ just so they too can sell a narrative that you are this bad person, remember Michael Jackson? the moment he opened his mouth on stage to reveal Sony criminal tactics and mafia contracts than the entire press accused him of fake stuff all of sudden the stories parading around 24/7 of these kids claiming he was a pedo & all bunch of false allegations that later were revealed to be lies. thats the vibe these hammer stories are giving. he hated his last film and was vocally about opposing his contract to film a sequel , haven’t u seen that last film? he refused a part 2 and also became difficult while filming the previous movie , not good for the elite since he was the main character & he rejected all of it

im not sympathetic of him the same way as MJ but the way the press attacked both of them is disingenuous, calculated and manufactured

can i suggest a conspiracy here
in the current social media & netflix era where every influencer and everyone is a star i believe if you want safe out of the industry or the elite you most at the end contribute to a certain detrimental narrative as well. im sick of watching normal good people like Chelsea Manning (military whistleblower) kenya west (artist), Tila Tequila (reality show model) etc all go from contributing truth to younger generations and when they lash on to the hand that feeds them suddenly they are part of certain dumb radical narrative before fading away from top mainstream media. It is a pattern… when single and on the elite lenses they are eloquent, and functioning but as soon as they want to be out to return to average normal and have a family life and no cameras, then they turn into nazis, or crazy or trans, belligerent or now cannibals. They think its a fine price to pay to be back into society until the manufactured press articles and fake lawsuits come to make it all appear more real to the public when in truth is far from reality

I agree about Chelsea, (the helicopter shooting videos he leaked) Kanye (video about his mom being sac-----d), and Tila (industry asked her to sell her soul Mtv days), and I have seen all their videos and posts. Maybe Armie is normal and wants out? I just haven't seen him say so like the others?I agree the press attack was sudden, calculated and disingenuous, but how to differentiate on a humiliation ritual before promotion or actual get out attack?
