Reading Elsbet is like an AI generated site, just robotic and devoid of human sensitivity. Israel can organize a suspicious aid convoy to shoot 1000 people then drive over their corpses with tanks and pretentious brainiac Elsbet wants us to listen to one-off conspiracies about a brave individual like Bushnell, it's ridiculous.
I believe his friends who said he was an extremely lucid yet sensitive person. I can't agree with everything in Chris Hedge's new writing but he gives some historical context to the effect of suicide and self-immolation. Ignorant people should read more before offering their own stupid "beliefs".:

Divine violence terrifies a corrupt and discredited ruling class. It exposes their depravity. It illustrates that not everyone is paralyzed by fear. It is a siren call to battle radical evil. That is what Bushnell intended. His sacrifice speaks to our better selves.
