They’re getting battered out there, they’re an inept army as we’ve seen. Their death/casualty toll is way higher than they’ve been reporting. It’s pretty astounding to see a resistance relying on homemade snipers and weapons absolutely demolish a fully armed and ‘trained’ army.

I guess that’s what happens when you spend your entire existence policing kids, women and teens.

An international charity with extensive experience in providing emergency aid in wars, famines and earthquakes throughout the Middle East and in Afghanistan is being forced to pay $5,000 a truck to a company linked to Egypt’s General Intelligence Service (GIS) to get aid into Gaza.
The charity, which does not want to be named to avoid obstruction to its relief efforts in Gaza, spoke to Middle East Eye in outrage at having to pay what it openly describes as a bribe to a state-linked agent.

An investigation carried out by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) and independent Egyptian website, Saheeh Masr, found that intermediaries were selling exit permits at prices ranging from $4,500 to $10,000 for Palestinians and $650 to $1,200 for Egyptians.
As desperation in Gaza has increased, the price for a passage out of the enclave has gone up to $10,000 per person, Al-Araby Al-Jadeed reported recently. The price for commercial traffic going into Gaza charged by companies owned by Organi is $9,000 a truck, although the cost of the fare charged by truckers is commonly just $300 a load.
A spokesperson for Unrwa, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees providing vital support in Gaza, told Middle East Eye it is not paying fees to transfer aid into the enclave from Egypt.

A diplomat speaking on Israel’s behalf told a gathering of Christian and Jewish leaders that the country need not apologize for its efforts to eradicate Hamas, stressing that the current conflict is not just Israel against terrorism but a “war of the world against terrorism.”
On Wednesday, over 70 Rabbis, pastors and faith leaders met on Capitol Hill to discuss the conflict between Israel and Hamas and advocate for congressional leaders to support the Jewish State in a time of need.

In an interview with The Christian Post, Susan Michael, the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem’s USA director, said the coming together of rabbis and pastors before Congress members marks a “historic day.”

“What we want to accomplish is a deeper working relationship that we can continue going before our government with the message that support of Israel is not a Jewish issue; it's an American issue,” Michael told CP.
The ICEJ director also asserted that lawmakers need to pass a bill that focuses exclusively on providing support to Israel. One of the reasons Michael believes there have been challenges in passing such a bill is because other issues that she described as “divisive” are often attached to legislation for Israel.

A document provided to attendees outlined the agenda the faith leaders planned to present to members of Congress. One of the agenda items included the advancement of $14.3 billion in security aid to Israel and for Congress to provide the aid without preconditions attached, such as requiring Israel to scale back operations in Gaza.
Another of the coalition’s requests for Congress included the complete cessation of funding to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees. Recent intelligence reports suggest that around 1,200 of UNRWA’s 12,000 employees in Gaza have ties to Hamas and other Islamic terror groups, and some may have participated in Hamas’ Oct. 7 massacre.

An Israeli advert envisioning what "Gaza without Hamas" would look like, has drawn heavy criticism online.

The advert, which ran on Hulu, featured AI-generated images of "stunning beaches" and five-star hotels, depicting what Gaza "could have been like without Hamas".

"It's this very manipulative idea that Gaza would be a paradise if it weren't for Hamas," digital disinformation expert, Marc Owen-Jones, told Al-Jazeera.

According to Israeli Media Outlets (Ynet), the Israeli Air Force has called up retired pilots between the ages of 54 and 55 due to critical need of experienced pilots for the air force.

They seem hellbent on starting a regional war and provoking the likes of Iran. My guess is they need the ceasefire (which is due to be confirmed or dismissed in the coming days) to recoup and collect themselves.
