Well he's a director now, but he's kinda new into the film making scene as his only movie is Sorry to Bother you (2018) and Im a virgo (2023) his only series on Amazon Prime. Lots of symbolism in his films for some odd reason and his first film has tons of A-list celebs. So he def sold out, im in the process of finishing both, and Sorry to Bother you might be a metaphor for selling your soul/selling out.

EDIT: He's a communist/Socialist, made music and involved with many Black/Liberal-related parties. So Yeah.
