I saw on fitness handles that many young woman who are into the gym and bodybuilding taking testosterone. They record their transformations in real time. With time their body changes and facial features hardens, also the voice change. I don't think everyone goes into complete transition but they are tempering with hormones to change their physical appearance. This above woman can really be taking T, which gave her that particular look.

do so,even then for now there is limits to what can be

Yes excessive amounts of testosterone in women can really alter their appearance, however fundamental features remains the same. What baffles me is why have this strict regime whilst trying to be feminine (?)
