The WHO as a “Proxy World Government”? Abolition of the Nation State?
WHO reaches for power over the country and the world

By Dr. Rudolf Hänsel and Peter Koenig
Global Research, March 07, 2022

In the shadow of the Ukraine war, the WHO is preparing – unnoticed by the public – an “international agreement on the prevention and control of pandemics” binding under international law.

The negotiations in Geneva have already begun. Originally, the “transfer of power” was planned for 1 May 2022, i. e. all 194 member states of the WHO would then be forced to implement the measures decided by the WHO, such as lockdowns or general compulsory vaccination.

However, a new memorandum from Concilium Europa, dated 3 March 2022, has delayed the process considerably.

Meanwhile, a working draft of this new WHO “World Government Agreement” is planned to be ready for further internal negotiations on 1 August 2022. See this.

“An international treaty on pandemic prevention and preparedness
Council gives green light to start negotiations on international pandemic treaty
On 3 March 2022, the Council adopted a decision to authorise the opening of negotiations for an international agreement on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.
The intergovernmental negotiating body, tasked with drafting and negotiating this international instrument, will hold its next meeting by 1 August 2022, to discuss progress on a working draft. It will then deliver a progress report to the 76th World Health Assembly in 2023, with the aim to adopt the instrument by 2024.

According to the “Council of the European Union”, the official justification for this undertaking, which the WHO considers necessary, is the pretext that the international community must be even better prepared for possible future pandemics and their coordinated control (2). According to “Epochtimes” of 5 March, the EU as well as private actors such as the Rockefeller Foundation and Bill Gates seem to be the source of ideas (3). In view of the pandemic experiences of the past two years, this is an indication of what the world can expect.

The basis of the agreement is Article 19 of the WHO Statutes. This states that the WHO General Assembly can adopt agreements binding on all member states by a two-thirds majority. Nation states can then no longer decide sovereignly which pandemic control measures they want to introduce.

The abolition of the nation state means at the same time the loss of fundamental and civil rights.

The renowned German-British sociologist, publicist and politician Ralf Dahrendorf warned of this many years ago:

“Whoever abandons the nation-state thus loses the only effective guarantee of its fundamental rights up to now. Whoever today considers the nation state to be dispensable, thereby declares – however unintentionally – civil rights to be dispensable.” (4)

On such a far-reaching question, however, the people must have the last word: All citizens of a country entitled to vote must be given the right and the opportunity to express their opinion in a referendum.
Proposal of an expert to all state governments

Dr Stuckelberger, who has worked for WHO for over 20 years, made the following suggestion, according to “greatreject.org”:

  • Every country should send a public letter of protest to WHO.
  • The ‘governments’ should write a letter stating that the people do not accept that the signature of the Minister of Health can decide the fate of millions of people without a referendum. It is very important to send this letter from every country to the WHO in Geneva.
  • The WHO is asking all countries to implement the measures by May 2022 [this demand has been pushed out to 2024 in the meantime, see this].
  • So far, only the Russians had sent such a rejection letter (5).

International law does not allow for a UN regulation that is above the constitution of individual countries.

This is also true for the WHO – a UN organisation.

Anyone pushing the Keystone XL pipeline to you is either compromised or hasnt bothered to research the mater for themselves.
i researched it. It takes less to transport through a pipe then it does running the rail semi trucks ships etc to get it to the place to refine. Its an eventual sum lose.

They werent transporting actual oil. Its not even heavy/rough crude... its tarsands which require further proccesing before being ready for even basic refinement procedures. Thy only people who benefit from KXL are its immediate investors. And thats by design.

ok pipelines in general are better then transporting it in trucks & trains if you can't figure that out then idk what to tell you. Fuel used to make more fuel with that fuel burn to get it to the same place lets do the math. BTW the dak access pipeline was suppose to help with the volitale crude being placed on rail but screw safety just burn more fuel to make more fuel sounds stupid not?

Those pipelines keep rupturing, but the trains rarely crash. Either way, its a false choice as fossil fuels are a literal dead-end... but the KXL is simply one of the more insidious con games the FF industry is seeking to unload on the nation.

And your alternative? Electric? Hmm can't build nuclear plants windfarms don't fill the need solar isn't good enough yet coal is bad even though you can capture the CO2 so what is your answer & if you got one then you better run for office.

I dont claim to have all the answers by any means and if I came off as rude I apologize. But from environmental/financial perspectives, the KXL along with the other tar-sand projects are just complete losers.

Thats just on of many pipelines. Problem is the tap is closed on most...example dakota access is done. Thats oil from the USA itself not just canada. The KXL isn't the only game anwar? not sure if spelled right oil field has the alaskan pipeline. The point is Why deal with the iranians? or Opec when just before the prices where at a -38$ barrel seems like some one doesn't want the USA to be independent on energy which begs the question why doesn't it. IDK about you but i'm smelling some BS...maybe its bidens diaper.

BTW your not rude bro! I enjoy the back and forth...its just pondering and musing

I feel there are enough alternative power sources to get by and with a focus on R&D, could be a golden age of clean power production on the horizon. A key-component for our successful turnaround is addressing Americans unwillingness to tone down our energy consumtion rates. We just cant seem to accept that we dont need to drive the SUV solo to the mailbox to pick up the daily deliveries... to accept that we dont need a light or TV on and running in rooms that we aint even in. Things of that nature...

I don't have a problem with conservation....its the fact that this is a facade...fossil fuels aren't fossil research is showing that it is created deep in the earth & comes to the surface its not as finite as they would have us believe. Listen from tesla with his devices to pull energy out of the air & stuff being squirreled away this use of oil as a temporary source of energy could have been realized a long time ago.
The problem with electric cars for just one example - heavy metals need to be used to create the storage source guess who is controlling a huge portion of that starts with a "C" - Taxing the power grid it can't handle the huge extra demand for all of us using electric damn the west coast has rolling brown outs the way it is....So how about nuclear nope it works but its to scary lol more lies. I slept by frickn nuclear missles & not that far off was the reactor for months on end no issues but so scary not might chernobyl or 3 mile island etc etc.

I think Americans would do well to get out of the mindset that we need singular vehicular transportation for every trip. There are mass-transit options which could reduce our auto-based carbon footprint by over 90%... its not even like the technology aint already in existence... the issue is Americans refusal to reconfigure our transportation priorities. Sure, we might have to walk or bike a bit more but the MT options would cover the majority of our transportation needs and reduce reliance on foreign energy sources and the exercise would do America some good.
