Can't know the exact time between these two clips, since jk could have had these filmed at anytime...but they're uploaded only 9 days a part and you can see he beefed up again. You can tell by his neck, shoulders, and of course muscles. He looks a good deal thinner in the clip on the left. Looks like he's growing his hair out too. I think this is how he prefers to look. Healthier and more manly but bh won't allow it so when he's on schedule he has to lose the weight and have his hair cut like a coconut.

Some korean, look very skinny, specially girls, being skinny is a trend that my heas still doesnt understand, people should have the weight that they want, without having a trend shoving it down everybody's throat, and without them being worried of bodyshaming cuz they arent "fit" aka skinny, a human should be healthy, and have the body that he/she wants.

Take the example of se0kj@n, I feel with age our body tends to expand a little. If we keep doing those harsh diets, it shows on your face. He looks worn out sometimes. With a little bit of natural healthy weight, he would look better imo.

I do a bit of both lol...Some stuff with jk is hilarious while other things are just plain sad. Him losing and gaining weight so quickly all the time is worrying. He looks best with weight on of course. And bh needs to let the coconut hairdo die once and for all! I think it's a form of punishment to make the members as ugly as possible if they step out of line.

He was a lot more healthier looking during his rookie years. His face is often very bloated and his eyes blood shot. I saw some clip recently were he looked so tired and done in he could barely stand or keep his eyes open..wait let me see if I can find it..

Jk is fine af when he's bulky, if he grow his hair back up and packs on a substantial amount of solid muscle he will look really good.

Ryujin from Itzy is a female idol who I thought had a very very nice healthy looking figure back in their Wannabe comeback era. She's lost so much weight now and doesn't look as well proportioned as she did before. And Lisa is V tiny with weirdly wide shoulders lol and Rose is a legit back of bones, she is so scarily thin but the fans are worse than army with how vicious they can be. Jisoo gained weight for her drama and looked amazing, a normal healthy size. The body proportions of these female idols are so weird cos they just starve themselves and its not what they're naturally supposed to look like. I find it so weird cos the average Korean doesn't look like that, the K fans and international fans don't look like that, actors look healthier and are held in higher regard. So who on earth are they starving themselves into lolita esque skin and bones for? The fucking men of that mysoginistic shithole?
