That's so incredible and funny how favorite members variate between opinions and different countries, you have right to point out that a lot of black people, whatever their country or community love RM, even in my tome, there are more black people who love BTS whatever the members ! I will give you an example, like you said in the U.S Jk and Tae have a fucking huge fanbase, Jimin is just behind, but at least he is. They love to give JK or Tae the bad boy alpha more in power and misunderstood at the same time, with a good vibe of :" nobody can understand or love me for what i really am. I walk alone" so it will increase the teenage girls or grown women to think they have their chance with one of them. Jimin is considered like the sensitive/cute/sexual baby everywhere. Even where I live, that's for say.
But guess which members hold the Jk and Tae roles in the Us and even in Korea ( these big hypocrits, against homosexuality but are okay to ship taekook) belong in the french fandom?
It's not Junkook. It's not Tae ( there still are plenty stuff about them like the us of course) the winners are : Namjoon, J-Hope, and Jin. French armies are so mad about them, they considered them like male alpha. Never mind the contents, they don't care, they will see them as alphas in fanfictions, in shoots, Mvs, etc... here, Jk is more considered like a baby who still need to grew up, they don't take him seriously when he acts like bad boy.
I won't even talk about how Jimin is considered here, you will black out, your brain risk to explose. This man in the fandom isn't even considered like the mochi baby cute, but like a seducer, or worse, a prostitute.
I don't know about Suga popularity well, but french armies aren't too fond of him. With that I saw or heard, I find them pretty calm if I dare to compare with their King Namjoon. This man has surpassed JK, I don't know if you can imagine. I don't think this is something that can happen in Korea.
Maybe with time, tables have changed, but I'm sure there are still pretty much armies in my country who are fucking drown to RM, what they love the must about him are his eyes. They find he has a sexy and impressive look
