David Cheyne says the imbedded video is on Rumble, however, I couldn't find it. It's interesting that Reiner mentions an organization implementing these measures is called the Public Health International Emergency Concern (PHIEC), is pronounced "fake" and can use experimental treatments as approved by the WHO. As well, he also unfortunately mentions the deaths that have occurred in the US with the "vaccine", which is approximately ½ a million people to date. Reiner also mentions that the Drosten PCR test has been proven to be useless, however, I do remember reading somewhere where they're now implementing new tests instead to detect the "virus" rather than using the PCR one - sigh. Well, it is psychological warfare after all...
